1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unworn

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Custom-engraved or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the item (if applicable)

We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
